We connect young adults aged 18–24 who have aged out of foster care in Hampton Roads to housing opportunities and supportive services that build stability, independence, and long-term success.

Grove housing network

Transition-aged youth are connected to safe, affordable housing through our network of trusted partners and receive comprehensive, individualized support tailored to their life goals. Through strong community partnerships and a commitment to quality, we help ensure access to stable living environments and the resources needed to build independence and long-term success.
